Choose a plastic container for tiramisu
Start with the dessert you plan to sell. Measure the finished portion with its topping and base board. Then compare the shape and size on each card. A plastic tiramisu box should hold the full portion with space under the lid. Capacity can help you shortlist models, but it does not show the exact room available for your dessert.
For smaller portions, compare the 450 ml SSM-004 square box and the 500 ml SSM-016 round container. The square model is listed at 9.5 × 9.5 × 6.3 cm. The round model is listed at 12.2 cm in diameter and 5.5 cm high. These shapes use shelf space in different ways. Check the filled sample on your display shelf and inside your takeaway bag.
Compare large and family-size formats
The E1300 PET box is listed at 1300 ml and 18 × 13 × 6.4 cm. The HK-21157 PS model is listed at 1800 ml and 21 × 15 × 7 cm. For larger desserts, compare the 4000 ml HK-28188 and the 4500 ml HK-034 tray. Use the actual dimensions when deciding between them. More volume does not always mean more usable height.
A tiramisu plastic container for a shared dessert must fit the whole portion and the way you serve it. Check the base, lid clearance and space for a serving tool. If you pack several boxes together, measure the outer pack too. The full size chart lists more models; see wholesale tiramisu boxes to compare selected bulk-order formats.
Confirm the material and lid
These transparent plastic dessert boxes are listed as PS or PET. Check the material shown for your exact SKU. Some buyers describe clear PS boxes as acrylic boxes; use the listed material code on the order to avoid confusion. Ask for the product documents needed for your destination and intended use.
Request a sample of the body and its matching lid. Fill it with your normal portion and check the rim all the way around. Make sure the topping does not touch the lid. Test your usual storage and handling steps with the filled sample. A clear lid helps show the dessert, but lid fit and transport performance still need a practical check for your setup.
Plan pieces and cartons
Standard boxes start from one carton. Packing differs by model: E1300 lists 96 pieces per carton, SSM-004 lists 200, and SSM-016 lists 147. The larger HK-21157, HK-28188 and HK-034 models list 72, 28 and 12 pieces per carton. Confirm the current packing and whether the count refers to bodies, lids or complete sets.
Divide the pieces you need by the selected model's carton quantity. Round up to whole cartons for an initial order plan. Keep each SKU separate if you need more than one size. Ask for the carton dimensions and packed weight when you request a shipping quote. Your delivery country and postcode help define the freight scope.
Add your brand and request a quote
Choose the box before you size a logo sticker or paper sleeve. Test the artwork on a closed sample so it does not cover the lid join or hide too much of the dessert. Bags and ribbons can be discussed with the box order. Custom items have separate quantity and production requirements, which should be confirmed in the quote.
Send the SKU, quantity, destination and any branding needs. If you are still choosing, send your dessert measurements and preferred shape. Ask for the matching lid, current packing and sample options. Keep the approved sample reference with the order so the size and material are clear. Request a quotation for your selected model.
